Soccer Millionaire offers new members a Match bonus on their initial
deposit to a maximum of £100 free. To earn your bonus, you must wager 40x
your deposit. Upon making a withdrawal request, your bonus will be forfeited. If
you choose to flowback your entire withdrawal request your bonus will be reinstated.
The Bonus Opt-Out Condition: On your first deposit you can select
to ‘Opt Out’ of the Initial Match Bonus offer. By “Opting Out”
your account will become a “Cash-Only” account whereby all game winnings
become immediately redeemable.
3. Depositing to your Casino Account
The minimum deposit transaction amount is £10, and the maximum transaction
amount is £200. You may deposit a maximum total of £1000 per hour and
£2000 in a 24-hour period. Soccer Millionaire offers a wide selection of deposit

5. Withdrawals
Soccer Millionaire players always have access to their funds - they may redeem their
winnings, including the amount they deposited, at any time. The minimum withdrawal
request is £20. Withdrawals may be requested via the following
options:
- Bank transfer
- Moneybookers, Neteller, credit or debit card, if you have used the method to deposit
to your account in the last 60 days.
Note: Registration information must be the same as the billing information provided
to our payables department. Any inconsistencies will result in a delay in receiving
redemptions.
We are required by our licensed jurisdiction to verify the age and identity of our
players. Prior to approving any withdrawal request we may ask you to provide certain
identification documents to us (ie. copy of passport or other government-issued
identification; recent utility bill; marriage license etc). (View our Terms &
Conditions ) This information will never be given to a third party and is protected
by our Privacy Policy
One withdrawal request may be made in any withdrawal period. Withdrawal requests
are approved by Soccer Millionaire, Monday, Wednesday and Friday during North American
business hours for requests submitted by 12 midnight GMT the night before.
Players holding more than one Network account are entitled to request payouts on
one account ONLY in any pay period. In the event players request payouts on more
than one account in any pay period, only the first request will be approved; all
other requests will be declined. Any bonus money forfeited as a result of payout
requests which are subsequently declined for this reason will not be returned.

Guidelines for Casino Bonus Funds
Bonus funds are awarded to players based on their depositing activity. At the time
of a player’s deposit, they will be given the option to opt-out of the bonus program.
Should they opt out, they will not receive bonus funds through any means. To reactivate
the bonus program, the player must contact the support team. Any bonuses that may
have been given during the opt-out period will not be reinstated.
If a player opts to participate in the bonus program, their BONUS account is credited
with the appropriate bonus funds. Bonus funds are available for wagering after cash
has been exhausted. All winnings earned through the wagering of bonus are credited to the player's BONUS account. Bonus funds are converted to cash upon meeting the wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. Cash wagering does not count towards the wagering requirements for bonus money.
Once a bonus qualifies, it will become redeemable cash. During bonus qualification, any winnings received will be placed in your bonus balance, which will also be converted to cash once a player meets their wagering requirements.

Bonus awards and winnings earned in bonus must be qualified within 60 days of the
deposit date, otherwise the balance will expire and be removed from accounts.
When a player has more than one active bonus, wagering will contribute first to
qualification of the oldest bonus, and then to any subsequent bonus amounts.
Non Deposit Casino Bonuses
From time to time we may award non deposit casino bonus promotions. Such a casino
bonus is awarded without the requirement for a player to deposit. Bonus funds are
converted to cash upon meeting the wagering requirement of 30x the bonus.
Qualified bonus is transferred to the players CASH account and is redeemable as
cash. Non deposit cash bonuses are strictly limited to one bonus per player. We
reserve the right to automatically and without consultation close the account of
any player who is found to be abusing non deposit casino bonus promotions.
Bonuses are awarded to enhance your enjoyment of our games however we reserve the right to govern how bonuses are used before a player is allowed to cash them in. As such we deem it necessary to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to the wagering/turn requirements. Any minimal risk wagering (for example black and red, odd/even on Roulette) will not be allowed to contribute towards bonus wagering requirements. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their bonuses or cash prizes risk having their bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings removed.

Guidelines for Soccer Millionaire Pools Bonus
Funds
Soccer Millionaire pools bonus funds (“Pools Bonus Funds”) may be awarded
to players upon registration or in promotional offers. Pools Bonus Funds will be
displayed as ‘Pools Bonus’ and will be available to play on the Soccer
Millionaire football pools games only. For the avoidance of doubt Pools Bonus
Funds will not be available to be played on the casino games.
In the event that a player wins a prize (other than the £1 Million Predictor
jackpot prize) using Pools Bonus Funds, the prize will be credited to their Pools
Bonus Funds. Pools Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal. Pools Bonus
Funds are converted to cash upon meeting the wagering requirement of 30x the initial
bonus award. Qualified bonus is transferred to the players CASH account and is redeemable
as cash. In the event that a player wins the £1 Million jackpot prize, the
prize will be payable to the player in cash and will not be credited to the Pools
Bonus Funds.
Once a bonus qualifies, it will become redeemable cash. During bonus qualification,
any winnings received will be placed in your bonus balance, which will also be converted
to cash once a player meets their wagering requirements.
4.
Termination of Account
Soccer Millionaire reserves the right to terminate a player's account at any time
for any reason at our sole discretion. In the event Soccer Millionaire terminates
a player's account, all unqualified Bonus from that player's account will be forfeited
without compensation. Any cash balance in excess of £1 will be returned to
the player. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for details on account termination.
5.
Eligibility
To register and play at Soccer Millionaire you must be over the age of majority
in the country in which you reside. Typically this is 18 but it may be different
in your country and it is your responsibility to check. You must read and consent
to all published Terms & Conditions and must have authorization to use a valid
payment method acceptable to Soccer Millionaire. All transactions by minors are
considered null and void, including any winnings. Soccer Millionaire reserves the
right to request proof of age at any time.
Play must occur in a jurisdiction that allows on-line gaming. Internet Gambling
may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located. If so, you are not
authorized to use any payment method to fund your Soccer Millionaire account. It
is your responsibility to know if national or local laws prohibit gambling over
the Internet in your jurisdiction.
Employees of Soccer Millionaire, Parlay Game Services and Parlay Entertainment are

Registration & Participation Rules
You are only allowed to register once per person. A maximum of two accounts per
household is allowed in cases where the second player in the household has requested
and received permission in writing from Soccer Millionaire management. Multiple
accounts are strictly forbidden and will result in all accounts being disabled.
We offer players the privilege of holding active accounts on more than one site
on our Gaming Network. Players who choose to take advantage of this privilege may
only be active on one account on any day, such day to be defined as 12:00 AM to
23:59 PM. Players may not play on two accounts on the same day for any reason. Any
account activity involving games of any kind will be construed as account play.
Players who violate this rule may be reduced to a single Network account and/or
will have all accounts closed at the discretion of management.
6.
Claiming Prizes
Prizes are automatically deposited to a player's account. Members can play games
from their winnings or request a redemption.
7.
Disputes
Soccer Millionaire wishes to assure players that every possible effort has been
made to provide the world's most entertaining, reliable and honest gaming site on
the internet. It is our sincere intention to ensure all players are satisfied with
the quality and fairness of our games. Soccer Millionaire undertakes to promptly
and impartially resolve all disputes that may arise from participation in our games.
However, please be advised that in the event of any dispute regarding participation
or prizes, the decision made by Soccer Millionaire will be final. Please see our
Terms & Conditions or more information on disputes.
8.
Help Desk Guidelines
All queries and complaints must be submitted via the Help Desk. Help tickets will
be answered within 12 hours of receipt.
Spamming of the Help Desk (sending multiple tickets regarding the same issue) is
prohibited. Harassment and abuse of Help Desk staff is prohibited and will not be
tolerated.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your support ticket you may draft a
follow-up help ticket explaining your grievance. This follow-up help ticket will
need to be addressed 'Care of Management'. Please give the Help Desk every opportunity
to assist you before appealing to management.
Help Tickets should adhere to the same standards of etiquette as do chat room communications.
9.
Player Profiles
Your registration information becomes your permanent player profile with Soccer
Millionaire. You may view this information via the My Account tab where you will
also be able to see a breakdown of your account balance. From this tab you may change
your password by choosing to modify your Profile. For all other player profile changes
you must contact our help desk. Supplementary documents may be requested in order
to affect changes to your personal information.
The Player Profile is also the place to manage any restrictions you wish to place
on your account. You may opt to reduce your daily/weekly/monthly deposit and wager
limits from standard, in order to assist with money management. Please note you
may not increase your limits above standard. Requests for increases must be directed
to the Help Desk and are subject to a 24-hour cooling off period as required by
our licensed jurisdiction.
10.
Account Closure
We offer two options for closing your account:
Temporary Self- Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for a short period
of time, go to My Account and choose "Close Account." You will be asked
to select an exclusion timeframe. Please note, at the end of this time you must
contact our Help Desk; accounts under temporary exclusion do not reopen automatically
when the specified time is up. Should you wish to reopen your account before the
end of your chosen period of self-exclusion, your request will be subject to a 24-hour
cooling off period.
Permanent Self- Exclusion: If you wish to permanently close your account, go to
My Account and choose "Close Account". This will automatically generate
a withdrawal request for any cash remaining in your account. If the withdrawal amount
is under £1 we will donate the amount to charity. If you wish to reopen your
account in the future you will need to contact customer support by email to
“supportEmail”
11.
Alias Changes
Players are permitted one alias change every two calendar months, based on a rolling
calendar. (Example: An alias change on 18, April means the next alias change may
not be until 18, June). There is no guarantee that the alias you previously had
