Soccer Millionaire will offer coupons based around the Premier League (the “Premier
League Coupon”). Players must enter their final score predictions
for seven pre-selected football fixtures in the Premier League and answer six additional
multiple choice questions on the Premier League Coupon.
|
|
|
|
|
1.2
|
Each Premier League Coupon will close 15 minutes prior to the start of the first
featured game on the Premier League Coupon and a countdown clock will be visible
on the Premier League Predictor page highlighting the remaining time before cut-off.
|
|
|
|
1.3
|
The cost per bet to enter a Premier League Coupon is just £1.50 (the “Stake”).
|
|
|
|
|
2.
|
Multiple Bets
|
|
|
Players may place multiple bets to enter a Premier League Coupon as many times as
they wish to try and improve their chances of winning.
|
|
|
|
|
3.
|
The Scoring System
|
|
|
|
|
3.1
|
The Premier League Predictor is a points based Game with the maximum number of points
available for each Premier League Coupon being 27 points.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Premier League Coupon
|
|
|
|
|
3.2
|
Points will be awarded on a Premier League Coupon as follows:
|
|
|
a) 3 Points. If you correctly predict
the score of a football match you will be awarded 3 points.
|
|
|
b) 1 Point. If you don’t get
the score spot on but your predicted score correctly predicts the outcome of the
football match, for example, your score reflected who won the match or that the
match would be a draw, you will be awarded 1 point.
|
|
|
(c) 1 Point. Players will also be awarded
1 point for each correct answer within the multiple choice section.
|
|
|
|
|
3.3
|
In the event that a football match featured in a Premier League Coupon is postponed
or cancelled, each Player shall be awarded Zero Points for the postponed or cancelled
football match. If a multiple choice question is invalidated, each Player shall
be awarded Zero Points for the invalidated multiple choice question.
|
|
|
|
|
3.4
|
Points attained through multiple bets on the same Premier League Coupon may not
be transferred, accumulated, used or pooled together. Players may not carryover
or use any points attained in a previous week’s Premier League Coupon for
use in any subsequent Premier League Coupon.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Premier League Manager of the Month
|
|
|
|
|
3.5 |
Each calendar month Soccer Millionaire shall calculate the total number of points
(the “Total Monthly Points”) attained by each Player
by that Player’s entry into any of the Premier League Coupons offered by Soccer
Millionaire in that calendar month.
|
|
|
|
|
3.6 |
In the event that a Player places multiple bets on a Premier League Coupon, only
the points attained by the Player on the single bet which produced highest number
of points for the Player shall be included by Soccer Millionaire when calculating
the Player’s Total Monthly Points.
|
|
|
|
|
3.7 |
In the event that the pre-selected football fixtures in a Premier League Coupon
take place in separate calendar months, all points attained by Players betting on
that Premier League Coupon shall be allocated to the calendar month in which the
last football fixture in the Premier League Coupon was played.
|
|
|
|
|
3.8 |
The title of ‘Premier League Manager of the Month’ shall be awarded
to the Player with the highest Total Monthly Points.
|
|
|
|
|
3.9 |
A Player does not have to bet on all of the Premier League Coupons offered by Soccer
Millionaire in a calendar month in order to win Premier League Manager of the Month.
|
|
|
|
|
3.10
|
In the event that one or more Players holds the highest number of Total Monthly
Points in a calendar month, those Players shall jointly hold the title of Premier
League Manager of the Month.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Premier League Manager of the Season
|
|
|
|
|
3.11 |
At the end of each Premier League season Soccer Millionaire shall calculate the
total number of points (the “Total Season Points”)
attained by each Player over the Premier League season by calculating the aggregate
Total Monthly Points attained by that Player.
|
|
|
|
|
3.12
|
The title of ‘Premier League Manager of the Season’ shall be awarded
to the Player with the highest Total Season Points.
|
|
|
|
|
3.13
|
A Player does not have to have bet on all of the Premier League Coupons offered
by Soccer Millionaire during the Premier League season for that Player to win Premier
League Manager of the Season.
|
|
|
|
|
3.14
|
In the event that one or more Players holds the highest number of Total Season Points,
those Players shall jointly hold the title of Premier League Manager of the Season.
|
|
|
|
|
4.
|
Prize Pools and Jackpot
|
|
|
|
|
4.1
|
The Premier League Predictor is a prize pool based Game which participates
in the £1Million jackpot prize (the “Jackpot”)
offered by Soccer Millionaire.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Prize Pools
|
|
|
|
|
4.2
|
There shall be three prize pools:
|
|
|
(a) a weekly prize pool for each Premier League Coupon (the “Premier
League Prize Pool”);
|
|
|
(b) a monthly prize pool for the Player or Players awarded the title ‘Manager
of the Month’ of the Premier League by Soccer Millionaire (the “PL
Manager of the Month Prize Pool”); and
|
|
|
(c) a seasonal prize pool for the Player or Players awarded the title ‘Manager
of the Season’ of the Premier League by Soccer Millionaire (the “PL
Manager of the Season Prize Pool”).
|
|
|
|
|
4.3
|
The total amount of the weekly Premier League Prize Pool, the monthly PL Manager
of the Month Prize Pool and the seasonal Manager of the PL Season Prize Pool shall
depend on the number of bets placed by the Players on the Premier League Coupons
offered by Soccer Millionaire. The more bets placed, the greater the Prize Pool.

|
|
|
4.4
|
The Premier League Prize Pool for each weekly Premier League Coupon shall be the
55% of the total Stakes paid by the Players (but not including any Stakes which
were returned to Players by Soccer Millionaire) for that Premier League Coupon.
This means that £0.825 from each Stake will be included in the Premier League
Prize Pool.

|
|
|
|
4.5
|
The PL Manager of the Month Prize Pool for each calendar month shall be 4% of the
total Stakes paid by the Players (but not including any Stakes which were returned
to Players by Soccer Millionaire) betting on the Premier League Coupons offered
by Soccer Millionaire during each calendar month. Subject to clause 4.6, this means
that £0.06 from each Stake bet on a Premier League Coupon in a calendar month
will be included in the PL Manager of the Month Prize Pool for that calendar month.

|

|
In the event that the pre-selected football fixtures in a Premier League Coupon
take place in separate calendar months, the 4% of the total Stakes paid by the Players
and returned to the Players by Soccer Millionaire shall be included in the PL Manager
of the Month Prize Pool for the calendar month in which the last football fixture
in the Premier League Coupon is played.

|
|
|
|
|
4.7
|
The PL Manager of the Season Prize Pool for each Premier League season shall be
1% of the total Stakes paid by the Players (but not including any Stakes which were
returned to Players by Soccer Millionaire) when betting on the Premier League Coupons
offered by Soccer Millionaire during the Premier League season. This means that
£0.015 from each Stake bet on a Premier League Coupon during the Premier League
season will be included in the PL Manager of the Season Prize Pool for that season.

|
|

|
The balance of the total Stakes paid by the Players (being 40% of the total Stakes)
shall be will be retained by Soccer Millionaire for administrative purposes.

|
|
|
|
|
Premier League Prize Pool Distribution
|
|
|
|
|

|
There will be four individual cash prizes (the “PL Cash Prizes”)
on offer for each Premier League Coupon which shall be paid to the Player or Players
with the 1st to 4th highest point scores on a single bet. Multiple bets provide
Players with multiple chances to win a PL Cash Prize.

|
|
|
|

|
The value of the PL Cash Prizes shall be calculated using the table below:

number of points. In the event that one of the PL Cash Prizes is not won by one
or more Players, the amount of that PL Cash Prize shall be added to the Premier
League Prize Pool for the next Premier League Coupon offered by Soccer Millionaire.

|
|
PL Manager of the Month Prize Pool Distribution
|
|
|
|
|
4.12
|
Soccer Millionaire shall pay the PL Manager of the Month Prize
Pool to the Player awarded PL Manager of the Month.
|
|
|
|
|
4.13
|
In the event that more than one Player is awarded PL Manager of the Month the PL
Manager of the Month Prize Pool shall be split equally amongst
those Players who have been jointly awarded PL Manager of the Month.
|
|
|
|
|
|
PL Manager of the Season Prize Pool Distribution
|
|
|
|
|
4.14
|
Soccer Millionaire shall pay the PL Manager of the Season Prize
Pool to the Player awarded PL Manager of the Season.
|
|
|
|
|
4.15
|
In the event that more than one Player is awarded PL Manager of the Season the PL
Manager of the Month Prize Pool shall be split equally amongst
those Players who have been jointly awarded PL Manager of the Season.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Jackpot
|
|
|
|
|
4.16
|
Each week Soccer Millionaire shall pay the Jackpot to the Player who has attained
the maximum possible score of 27 points (the “Maximum Points”)
on the Premier League Coupon by playing the Premier League Predictor Game.
|
|
|
|
|
4.17
|
Only one Jackpot shall be payable by Soccer Millionaire each week. In the event
that more than one Player has attained the Maximum Points on a Premier League Coupon
and Soccer Millionaire shall split and pay the Jackpot equally amongst
all of the Players that attained Maximum Points that week.
|
|
|
|
|
4.18
|
In the event that zero points are awarded to Players pursuant to Rule 3.3 above,
the Premier League Predictor game shall cease to participate in the Jackpot for
that week and all points attained by Players on the Premier League Coupon shall
be null and void for the purposes of the Jackpot only. Nothing in this clause
shall affect the validity of a Player’s points in relation to the Premier
League Predictor prize pools.

4.19
|
Players are not permitted to transfer, accumulate, use or pool points attained through
multiple entries in the Premier League Coupon to win the Jackpot.
|
|
|
|
|
4.20
|
In the event that more than one Player has attained the Maximum Points, and the
Jackpot is split equally amongst each those Player who have attained the Maximum
Points.
|
|
|
|
|
5.
|
Return of Player’s Stakes
|
|
|
|
|
|
In the event that 4 football matches featured in a Premier League Coupon are postponed
or cancelled, the Premier League Coupon for that week shall be declared null and
void and Soccer Millionaire refund each Player’s Stake into the Player’s
account.
|
|
|
|
|

21 Points Prize
|
|
|
|
|
6.1
|
Each week Soccer Millionaire shall pay a prize of £10,000 to the Player who
scores 21 points or over on the Premier League
Coupon by playing the Premier League Predictor
Game (the “21 Points
Prize”).
|
|
|
|
|
6.2
|
Only one 21 Points Prize shall be payable by Soccer Millionaire each week. In the
event that more than one Player has attained the 21 Points Prize on a Premier League
Coupon, Soccer Millionaire shall split and pay the 21 Points Prize equally
amongst all of the Players that attained 21 points or over that week.

|
|
|
6.3
|
In the event that Zero Points are awarded to Players pursuant to Rule 3.3 above,
the Premier League Predictor game shall cease to participate in the 21 Points Prize
for that week and all points attained by Players on the Premier League Coupon shall
be null and void for the purposes of the 21 Points Prize only. Nothing in
this clause shall affect the validity of a Player’s points in relation to
the Premier League Predictor prize pools.

Amendment and Terms and Conditions

pre-selected football fixtures in the Premier League. The ten pre-selected
football fixtures shall be the same ten pre-selected football fixtures offered on
the Premier League Win Lose or Draw Coupon

The Player must select the incorrect fixture outcome! For example, if Manchester
United are playing Chelsea and the Player thinks that Manchester

total Stakes paid by the Players (but not including any Stakes which are returned

that £1.20 from each Stake will be included in the PL Zero To Hero Prize Pool.

Prize Pool shall be split equally amongst those Players who have

In the event that no Player attains Zero To Hero, no Player shall win the PL Zero
Points Prize Pool and the PL Zero To Hero Prize Pool for that PL Zero To Hero Coupon
shall be held by Soccer Millionaire and added to the PL Zero To Hero Prize Pool for
the next PL Zero To Hero Coupon offered by Soccer Millionaire.

Return of Player’s Stakes

In the event that 3 football matches featured in PL Zero To Hero Coupon are postponed
or cancelled, the Zero To Hero for that week shall be declared null and void and
Soccer Millionaire refund each Player’s Stake into the Player’s account.

|
|
|
|

21 Points Prize
|
|
|
|
|

|
Each week Soccer Millionaire shall pay a prize of £10,000 to the Player who
scores 21 points or over on the Premier League Coupon by
playing the Premier League Predictor Game or the
Championship Coupon by playing the Championship Predictor Game or the
Scottish Premier League Coupon by playing the Scottish Premier
League Predictor Game, (the “21 Points Prize”).

Only one 21 Points Prize shall be payable by Soccer Millionaire each week. In the
event that more than one Player has attained the 21 Points Prize on a Premier League
Coupon and/or on the Championship Coupon and/or on the Scottish Premier League Coupon
in the same week, Soccer Millionaire shall split and pay the 21 Points Prize equally
amongst all of the Players that attained 21 points or over that week.

In the event that Zero To Hero are awarded to Players pursuant to Rule 3.3 above,
the Premier League Predictor game shall cease to participate in the 21 Points Prize
for that week and all points attained by Players on the Premier League Coupon shall
be null and void for the purposes of the 21 Points Prize only. Nothing in
this clause shall affect the validity of a Player’s points in relation to
the Premier League Predictor prize pools.

Players are not permitted to transfer, accumulate, use or pool points attained through
multiple entries in the Premier League Coupon to win the 21 Points Prize nor are
they permitted to transfer, accumulate, use or pool points attained through playing
the Championship Predictor Game or the Scottish Premier League Predictor Game with
points that they have attained playing the Premier League Predictor Game to win
the 21 Points Prize.

|
In the event that a Player wins the Jackpot Prize, the Player
will not also be entitled to the 21 Points Prize, and only the Jackpot Prize will
be paid.

football fixtures in the Premier League.

The teams displayed on the left hand side of each pre-selected football fixture
shall be the home team and the team on the right hand side shall be the away team.
|

|

|
Each PL Win Lose Draw Coupon will close 15 minutes prior to the first featured game
on the PL Win Lose Draw Coupon and a countdown clock will be visible on the PL Win
Lose Draw Coupon Game page highlighting the remaining time before cut-off.

|

A Player may chose to select the Wild Card instead of entering a Home Win, a Draw
or an Away Win prediction against a pre-selected football fixture in the PL Win
Lose Draw Coupon.

|
A Player who has selected the Wild Card for a football fixture will be deemed to
have correctly predicted the outcome of that football fixture. However, in the event
that a football fixture for which a Player has selected a Wild Card is cancelled
or postponed, that Player shall receive Zero To Hero in accordance with rule 4.3
below.

|
|
|

|
A Player may only use the Wild Card on one pre-selected football fixture in a PL
Win Lose Draw Coupon.
|
|
|
|
|
3.4
|
The cost of using a Wild Card when entering a PL Win Lose Draw Coupon is £0.50.
|
|
|
|
|
4.
|

The Premier League Win Lose Draw Game is a prize pool based Game.
|
|
|
|
|
5.2
|
There shall be two prize pools available for each PL
Win Lose Draw Coupon:
|
|
|
(a) a prize pool for the Player attaining the Maximum Points (the “PL
Jackpot Prize Pool”); and
|
|
|
(b) a prize pool for the Player attaining nine points (the “Second PL
Prize Pool”).
|
|
|
|
|
5.3
|
The total amount of the PL Jackpot Prize Pool and the Second PL Prize Pool shall
depend on the number of bets placed by the Players on the PL Win Lose Draw Coupons
offered by Soccer Millionaire. The more bets placed, the greater the prize pools.
|
|
|
|
|
5.4
|
The PL Jackpot Prize Pool for each PL Win Lose Draw Coupon shall be 45% of the total
Stakes paid by the Players (but not including any Stakes which are returned to Players
by Soccer Millionaire) for that PL Win Lose Draw Coupon. This means that £0.45
(or £0.67 when a Player elects to use the Wild Card) from each Stake will
be included in the PL Jackpot Prize Pool Prize Pool.

|
|
|
5.5
|
The Second PL Prize Pool for each PL Win Lose Draw Coupon shall be 15% of the total
Stakes paid by the Players (but not including any Stakes which are returned to Players
by Soccer Millionaire) for that PL Win Lose Draw Coupon. This means that £0.15
(or £0.22 when a Player elects to use the Wild Card) from each Stake will
be included in the Second PL Prize Pool Prize Pool.

|

|
The balance of the total Stakes paid by the Players (being 40% of the total Stakes)
shall be retained by Soccer Millionaire for administrative purposes.

PL Jackpot Prize Pool Distribution
|
|

|
|

|
Soccer Millionaire shall pay the PL Jackpot Prize Pool to the Player
who has attained the Maximum Points on a single bet on the PL Win Lose Draw Coupon.

|
|
|
5.8
|
In the event that more than one Player has attained the Maximum Points the PL Jackpot
Prize Pool shall be split equally amongst those Players who have
attained the Maximum Points.
|
|
|
|
|
5.9
|
In the event that one or more football fixtures have been postponed or cancelled
and Soccer Millionaire has not cancelled the PL Win Lose Draw Coupon in accordance
with rule 6 below, the number of points required to win the PL Jack Jackpot Prize
Pool shall be reduced by the number of postponed or cancelled games. For example,
if two of the pre-selected football fixtures are cancelled, the number of points
required to win the PL Jackpot Prize Pool shall be 8 points.

|
|
5.10
|
In the event that no Player attains the Maximum Points (or the number of points
required to win the PL Jackpot Prize Pool in the event that the pre-selected football
fixtures are cancelled or postponed), no Player shall win the PL Jackpot Prize Pool

if two of the pre-selected football fixtures are cancelled, the number of points

In the event that no Player attains nine points (or the number of points required

Return of Player’s Stakes

4.

Jackpot and Prize Pool
|
|
|
|

4.1
|
The PL Predict 10 Game is a prize pool based Game which offers a minimum jackpot
of £10,000.
|

|
|
|
4.2
|
The jackpot for each PL Predict 10 Coupon shall be one hundred
percent of the Prize Pool (the “Jackpot”).
|
|
|
|
|
4.3
|
The Prize Pool shall be 60% of the total Stakes paid by the Players (but not including
any Stakes which are returned to Players by Soccer Millionaire) for that PL Predict
10 Coupon, whichever is greater. This means that £1.20
from each Stake will be included in the Prize Pool.

|
|
4.4
|
The balance of the total Stakes paid by the Players (being 40% of the total Stakes)
shall be will be retained by Soccer Millionaire for administrative purposes.

|
The total Jackpot shall depend on the number of bets placed by the Players on the
PL Predict 10 Coupon offered by Soccer Millionaire. The more bets

In the event that the Prize Pool is less than £10,000 and a Player or Players

there will be two individual cash prizes (the “PL Predict 10 Cash Prizes”)

with the 1st and 2nd highest point scores on a single bet. Multiple bets provide
Players with multiple chances to win a PL Predict 10 Cash Prize.

The centre of the ball position will be determined before the Spot the Football
Game starts by an independent judge, a sports expert appointed by our insurance
company, using his football experience and knowledge (the “Judge”).
The Judge’s chosen position is immediately encrypted and stored.

Every time you enter, your coordinates will be checked against the Judge’s
coordinates. If they match exactly you will win the game and you will be identified
as the winner (“Winner”). The Winner will instantly win the Prize (please
refer to condition 11) and the Spot the Football Game will close immediately. All
decisions of the Judge will be final and binding on you and no correspondence will
be entered into.

Any Winners will be notified by us as soon as reasonably practicable.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any Spot the Football Game, for any reason,

paid or refund the entry fee. Alternatively the Company may decide to award the
Prize early. The Company also reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend
the closing date on any of the Spot the Football Games.

in all required publicity. Without limitation to any rights we may have in connection

whatsoever of that error or incompleteness and we reserve the right to recover any

You agree to be bound by the Rules and Regulations of each specific Spot the Football
Game and any breach of these Rules and Regulations by you will entitle us to disqualify
you from participation in the same.

15 "Validation Process" within these Terms means the process by which
it is verified that the Grid Reference forming the Attempt submitted by a Contestant
matches identically the Winning Grid Reference selected prior to the start of the
Contest by the Judge. The Validation Process involves

A. The Insurance Company opening the sealed envelope which contains the Winning
Grid Reference;

|
|
|
|
|
B. The Insurance Company checking that any potential Winning Attempt matches

|

C. The successful completion of such further checks as it may reasonably require

import duties, taxes and registration costs due in the destination country will
be the sole responsibility of the Winner or Runner Up.

Each week Soccer Millionaire will offer various coupons around the Barclays Premier
League Matches. These coupons will be based on specific matches only.... for example
(Arsenal v Manchester United). If there are no Premier League matches being played
then international coupons will be live instead.
Players are required to answer the full time score plus nine fun multiple choice
or Yes / No type questions.
The 1 Off Game coupons will be available for both mid-week and weekend fixtures.
Coupons will be available a week in advance for you to make and submit your predictions,
the cut-off time being 15 minutes before the featured game kicks off. A countdown
clock will be visible on the coupon page highlighting the remaining time before
cut-off.
It costs just £2 per play and you can play as many times as you like.

Multiple Coupons
|
|
|
Players are permitted to enter as many coupons as they wish in order to try and
improve their chances of winning. This is a pool based system, remember, the more
people play the higher the cash prizes will be. All coupons that are played will
automatically be entered into the cash pool.

Scoring System
|
|
|
If you correctly predict the full time score line for the selected football match
you will be awarded with 3 points. If you don’t get the score spot on but
correctly predict the outcome of the game, i.e. win / lose / draw, you will be awarded
1 point.
Players will also be awarded 1 point for each correct answer within the “Yes
/ No / multiple choice” section. Therefore the maximum amount of points available
on each coupon is 12.<

Prizes
|
|
|
If you predict all fixtures correctly and score 12 points you will win the daily
jackpot prize. Should more than one player score 12 out of 12 then the jackpot will
be shared amongst all maximum scoring players.
If there is no winner with the best possible result (12 correct prediction points)
the accumulated jackpot fund will be rolled over to the next 1 Off Game.
If you fail to predict all the questions correctly but receive the highest unique
score amongst all of those who played you will be rewarded a large cash prize, which
is highlighted on the selected game page!
Should a game be abandoned or cancelled every coupon submitted into that game will
be refunded.
If for any reason we declare the entire Game null and void, we will always refund
your stakes back to your Soccer Millionaire account.
